payment of products, lotions

hello there,

i was just wondering, do most salons pay upfront for their products, like lotions and such, or is it on a consignment basis? Do you have to buy alot, like in bulk, or can you buy a few of each?

COD or credit card
You can negotiate price based on volume purchasing.
Buy direct from the Manufacturers and save money.

Very few lines are sold by the manufacture.
Most distributors will take COD or credit card. None do lines of credit anymore.

Not always true!

To answer your question, when buying from a dist. there is not normally a minimum your have to order. But, there is a minimum for free shipping and the more you order, the better the pricing. You always pay for your product at the time of ordering, either COD, money order, or credit card. Some dist. allow terms to long standing customers, or after a credit check.
