I cannot believe this many people do not have a employee manual!!

It does not make sense. It is like opening a diner without a menu....or a cook.

Besides a training manual you probably should have an anti-piracy agreement. This way you won't have an employee leave your company and start there own salon using your customer base.

Uhhhh, not quite the same. Depends on the salon. What if you open and you and your husband are the only employees?? Do you really need an employee manual? And then a few years later you expand...and you add employees, and an employee manual...
