I am opening a salon, but it will just be my boyfriend and myself. My sister will probably help a few hours a week also. Would anyone recommend that I use an employee manual?

When (I say when not if) someone starts stealing from you, an employee manual is useful if you want to fire or prosecute the offender! do it now before the problem occurs (I should have)

(I'm sorry officer, I didn't know it was wrong to put that money in my pocket, should i have not done that, there's no clear proceedure spelled out for me here)
