Buying Beds? Manufacture Direct or Distributor?

I am having a hard time between these because the distributors are telling me they can fix any problem alot faster???
Just curious on your thoughts. Mfg. is cheaper but is it better?

If you go through a distributor they will help you thoughout the entire process. If you go through the manufacturer it is likely that after the sale they will pretty much forget about you. If a problem were to arise, your distributor would be able to help you faster then the manufacturer. Just a suggestion...
