Profit calculators, business software, and free advice. All useless. Get good beds and lamps. Tell as many people as possible. Charge a fair price. Be happy, it's infectious. So is negativity; and many people try to avoid it. (No offense Neon) Good luck.

Sally - Trying to find out realistic numbers that I could work with while trying to start a salon I came up with almost the exact same formula you proposed. I was using the following:

Maxsessions Per Unit Per Day x Avg.Session Cost = MaxIncome Per Bed Per Day

Then I was using a bell curve to figure out monthly cash flow - 2mo's @ 75% max cashflow, 4 months @ 50%, 4 months @ 25% and two months @ 10%

Is this a pretty realistic figure with the bell curve.

Also I'm trying to figure out what would be a good avg income per session charge when charging the following:

Level 1 - $7
Level 2 - $12
Level 3 (HP) - $30

Now I got slammed in another forum because they thought that I actually wanted to charge everybody just by sessions only, and couldn't grasp the concept of average income per session. I know that there are going to be people who are going to use EFT, and I know that we'll run promotions that will give people discount's, I'm looking for realistic average income per session.
