I have radios on 5 of my 10 beds in my salon but I want music in the other 5. Any suggestions? Is there a slim design radio/CD system out there?

we have a regular home stereo system, car speakers wired in each room, open ceilings, play multiple CD's has three disk changer keep it on random and play mix of country, rock and pop. our clients like it, they hate radios in rooms at other salons that never pick up a station

I have CD/radios that look like car stereos in the walls with a speaker and controls near the head of the bed. I hated tanning at salons when they made you listen to "their" music.

We have Sirius satellite radio. Speakers build into the walls, down low near their heads. Volume control in each room. We rotate between a few channels (depending oh who is working), so there is always a variety of music.

we have cd players on the counters in each room but i wish we were able to control the music more, if we remodel we are going to look into just speakers in each room so we can control it, some clients dont understand what common sense and respect is

I have in wall speakers in each room and stream the music from Rhapsody. Seperate volume controls for the lobby and for all rooms (1 total control). When a customer walks in and they are the only tanning, I ask if they would like to listen to something specific. I do not allow music changes while someone is tanning. I have not had anyone complain about the music selection nor has anyone requested specific music, they are happy with our selection.

Does anyone know an inexpensive way to set up the salon and give customers the options of listening to one of 3 or 4 types of music. We currently have speakers in the walls of each room at the head of each bed and in lobby and halls. We choose the station being played and switch it from day to day and sometimes have one station in the am and another in pm to suit the age group tanning. We would love to put in satellite radio and let the customers have a choice of one of 3/4 channels. However, I believe we would have to have 4 commercial subscriptions.
