Software Problems

Have run into problems for finding software. None of it does what I need it to do. This includes helios, suntouch, sunlync, etc. Has anybody had microsoft build the software for them or any other company at that matter?

Something similar to tracking commission for employees but do for the referred customers to my salon. The software I have found closest to this would be mlm but that would be running 2 programs and make it a nightmare.

Helios tracks commission for each staff memeber. I'm not quite sure what you mean by referred customers to your salon. Your either giving them commission or not. Or do you mean commission for new clients?

I've talked to distributors they say its an awesome idea but the software is not available. Puretan is trying to sell me walls and are the only one saying they can even try to get someone to write it. Microsoft said they could do it, but so far no tanning software does this are the companies not are willing to add the feature.

what i meant wasa client that refers somebody gets commission added to the account every time the referee makes a purchase including eft. I have plans that go really in depth but basically you bring me a certain amount of customers you tan for free and then some.

this seems like an easy business to run a program like that because of the monthly recurring fees that most companies use to run an mlm. now i just want a rewards program similar to that but obviously no pay checks and multi levels. It also will help with the slow season and let me sell more upgrades and the like, it should also keep fresh batches of customers coming in to grow and open more salons to accomodate.
