10 visits- 1 year exp. We have ran accross an idea that people seem to like. If someone has a medium to longer term package, they can freeze or put a hold on the package. The price is 10% of the original package price. . And it can only be frozen for no more then 90 days. We have several clients who had an emergency or went on vacation and they all liked this idea.

No exp on sessions, and they can share them with as many as they wish. Most around me expire after a year and will "reinstate" if they buy another equal package. Huge turn off, hence why I did what I did.

I use expiration dates on session packages because I want the customer to come in and use the service and buy retail as often as possible. The expiration date instills a "sense of urgency" to an extent in the customer's mind to use the package in a certain time frame, and then repurchase. Package time frames vary by equipment level. For instance, I wouldn't expect a customer to use their 20 sessions on HP unit in only three months, but I would expect a customer with 20 sessions on level one beds to use their sessions within 60 days from the date of purchase. Hope this helps. Good luck.

i dont really expire, however, when i bought this place, I honered peoples pkgs for 1 year, and then expd. them, MORE than fair i think. and people Still complained about that!! just a few actually, most were more that appricetive(sp?) andbought new ones anyway. just those few with like 50 credits that tan for 3 months out of the year and expect you to keep letting them do this, even though you haven't made a friggin dime off of them! ugggg

1 year, u are in the business of making money. there is no reason why someone cant use 10 sessions in a year unless they a pg then we will make an exception. but they could still tan in the morning before beds get alot of use. some of u may disagree but i have 2 little ones and there just fine...
