me again. Which spray tan is the best? Mystic, Cal Tan, Magic, or any other. Your comments are greatly appreciated.

I use Cal Tan and love it. I get great results on everyone that I spray.

I use Ventura Tan. I have never had an orange client yet...and they are a very helpful company!

Mystic has name recognition, tans my clients really well, now offers way more options, the others are just riding their coattails

I personally believe that Mystic Tan is the best spray booth... we have the Innovation booth in or salon, but Mystic Tan's service and technical support is an absolute joke. We had been having customers complain about streaking (which the Mystic is NOT supposed to do) and I had noticed some streaking myself when I did it. Well, one of their technicians FINALLY showed up to repair a malfunction with the pump inside, and he told us that the Magnetan technology (which attracts the mist to your body) had never been properly installed. (There was a loose wire just hanging inside) He fixed it, but damage has already been done and we had to give a lot of refunds to unhappy customers. Mystic Tan refused to compensate and pretty much said that it was our problem, so for that reason, I do not recommend purchasing a booth from Mystic Tan. They do not care about their customers and they also seldom return phone calls. I hope hearing my experience helps you.

I, on the otherhand have had excellent luck with their service. One day I made a call about my Innovation door not opening properly, was walked through the steps on the phone, and was told they would get me a new part. This was pretty late in the day, and to my surprise the part was there the very next day, without any hassles, and I have always gotten called back whether it be for marketing questions, supply purchases, or repair issues. How can you compare all of the free advertising you get just by owning a booth to something that has never had any publicity??? I mean, "Friends," Jay Leno, Regis, Conan, The View, Paris Hilton, Jessica Simpson, Miss USA Pageant, Paula Abdul and American Idol, have all mentioned the product at length!!! Can you say that about some knock-off?

we have a mystic tan booth,for the first seven months we had comebacks all the time people saying it missed parts of their body are it did not work at all,we at too give loads of refunds ,it was very close to closing are shop down ,we could not get in touch with mystic tan themselfs/at first they tried to blame my customers until we said we had used it,we found out that we were using californatan instead of mystic tan,every time we asked for mystic tan we got cal tan,in the end they said the company we went through to buy it ,called blue was no longer with them and ergaline was taking over,they come out with mystic /and recalabrated the booth,that was in january since than it as been find,no thanks to mystic, the booth cost a lot of money in the uk ,but soon after we got it,when we had all the trouble they could not give a poopoo,after losing all that money they had the cheek to offer us a free barral of cal tan,i would never buy a new mystic booth again,they promise you everything when you buy it,to cut it short and not boar the arse of you,the booth is not bad, its the company that poopoo

Mine was paid for in full in less than a year. No complaints, service/sales have been great to me.
