Hi! Can anyone tell me if this is a good deal or not? Asking $69K for salon. Includes: 4-wolff sunvision 28 LE reg.beds (year2002), 1- 28 lamp with 2 facials/ wolff sunvision 28LE, 2F; 3- super beds, 32 bulbs with facials/wolf sunstar. Salon also includes furniture, w/d....She says she has 200 active clients however she has no software program to prove this. Everything is done manually. Her income taxes say she grossed an average of 43K per year during the past three years she has been opened. The location in our small town is off a main road and they are currently opening a gym and the "largest walmart in america" on the same strip. To be finished by years end or so. Please help! Thanks..

Owner thinks she is holding the winning lottery ticket. She's not.

Learn to use the search function on this forum. Do your homework. Write a business plan. There's no rush to buy the salon. It's not going anywhere with that kind of asking price.

Grossing only 43K after 3 years of business? Net must be around 20K, might as well get a job at Wal-Mart!!!
Why would anyone buy a salon that has track record of making no real money!

Look for a salon grossing around 150K. If you are going to be the main person working in the salon at least make it worth your time.

Grossed $43,000? Not good. What's the rent and other bills? Doesn't leave much. I'd be curious of why that's so low.
