That is the most unusual mix I have ever heard of. With three base beds it is a waste of time to offer an $18 EFT. With this mix you will have some systems that are used much less than others. I would be interested in hearing how you can structure an effective marketing program around this mix. When you only have 10 systems you must be very careful with your mix. This appears to be a mix where you are just throwing a bunch of systems at the wall and hope they stick. There is no performance separation between systems. Separation is what makes level marketing work. I urge you to rethink this mix. Go back to square one and develop a complete marketing program (Pricing) with this you can pick particular systems that will support the program. To pick equipment because you think it is what tanners like is a big mistake. To pick equipment because it is what a distributor says it is what a tanner wants is also a mistake. Equipment is a tool that makes a marketing program work. Develop the program and the program will pick the mix.

So Steve, if you had to get 9 beds and a Mystic what would you go with? Tan America and Ergoline beds

they have 10 beds...hard to offer a 18.88....I would not open a 10 bed salon right now unless it was a small market.
