Smart Tan has them by the pad of 50...already perforated and we have to use them to over ride tanning times with our state regulations attatched to them to put a tanner in a bed for longer then the 1st week time limit allowed...If your a member they have them...let me know if you need their number...it's real fast only 8 questions ...Hope this helps ya... ~Have a Great Day~
