From what I understand, ITS is owned by the original founder of Magic Tan. ITS has two completely different sunless machines and a HP UV machine, that they will have in Vegas. I too am looking for something that is newer than what is out there. I saw their ads in Tanning Trends. Maybe this will help you www.itstan.com

Is this the fellow who has gotten in trouble with the law and pulled a Roman Polanski? If I recall, from some prior posts, he is now in Russia and he's running his business from there. Any truth to this, or is it just a rumor?

Just to clarify a few things on behalf of ITS:

Our company president will be back in the country next Thursday, happily married to his long-time girlfriend. We are very excited and happy for them, and looking forward to their return.

Parrot head: if he had broken the law in any way, he would not have been permitted to leave the country.

Cmaga & Sarge: We may be a relatively new company, but ITS certainly has a noteworthy presence in the market! Hello ITS girl, I have been led to believe that Intelligent Tanning Systems are no longer operating,saying that ITS are still trying to obtain money through bogus franchise contracts. What do you or Mr Spivak have to say?

They're still advertising in November's edition of Looking Fit---page 22. Looks to me they are still operational.

Definately still in existence. They had a huge display in Nashville. They were spraying models in their base unit.
