If i get the CCS-IV timer manager, do I need to get individual timers for each bed also? Thanks!

CCSiv usually goes with sun/ergoline beds. For the Sundash beds, the "intellitan" timers were built in - no timers needed. For Ergoline, in my salon, I still have to use the wall timers - but my beds are a few years old.

Yeah I am going to have 4 ergoline beds, and one that is not an ergoline. Its either gonna be the matrix or the magic, will the intellitan still work with the other beds? Or am I going to have to get another controller for up at the front?

I have the matrix. It communicates fine with the CCSIV. You DO need a "wall timer" in the room with the Matrix.

By the way - GREAT bed choices!! My Matrix has been NOTHING but a HUGE success! Had yet another client come in today, a walk-in who doesn't even live in the area. She took one look at it, was blown away, then tanned in it, and came out just ga-ga about the bed!!! She took cards, is dragging a bunch of friends back Saturday to try it. It NEVER fails to impress clients, new or old!!

What Ergoline beds did you select?

Nothing is final yet but we are thinking the Ergoline 800, 450, 300 and the Lounge. Do you need a separate wall timer for your Ergoline beds? We have been debating about the HP unit, at first we wanted the Velocity from ETS but no one really has any feedback on it, and we have heard a lot of good things about the Matrix and Magic. Do you like your Ergoline beds? I know Ive heard people say that they are all more for looks and dont seem to tan well.

You will not need seperate timers for those beds the manager is compatible to reconize the intellitan timers that come with the beds. All you need to do is run your comunication wire either daisy chain or back bone to beds and set parameters.

You will need a SIP chip (Sun Industries Protocol) to replace the T-max chip for the CCSIV to communicate with an odd bed.
