I NEED YOU.....HELP, PLEASE

As you all know, my husband is starting a small construction business with only two employees to start out. He is going LLC, til he gets bigger. Now, this is where I need your help business owners (PLEASE).

Now I know I have to get an EIN # and a verification # with the Secretary of State, and I have a CPA, software, checks and bank account, what else am I looking at? Help.....

figure out if you are cash or accrual...set up the chart of accounts...workers comp.

Why with only 3 employees is he going LLC? S_corp would be better..

You know, he suggested that, I just thought this might protect us more. It is probably too late, I already applied for the LLC, did not want to take chances on getting sued or losing our home.
