You definately need to seek an attorney and a CPA......... I also own a "himmy"...You need legal and tax advice that I don't believe you will find here...

Check out http://www.pointblankbusinesstechnology.com and take the tanning salon prepardedness test. I took it the first time and flunked it. I bet most of the newbies here would flunk it to. It gives you a great idea what you need to open a salon. Give it a try. Good luck to you.

Thanks, so far business is going good, Very nerve racking on my part.........all this paper work, taxes, forms , checks, I better get a tanning bed soon.................lol...........errrr rrrrrrrrr
