Cost of Electrical for new salon and Build out ...Thanks!

Hello, I have posted on here several times and Im very thankful for all your help! This is all new to me as I'm trying to open my first salon. Can you please tell how much electical is required for a 10 room salon, an average cost . And is a 400 Amp Low Voltage Panel (3 Phase) what is needed ? Also how much do you think the average cost would be for build out( walls and electical). Thanks Again!!

Ashley123, First of all I would like to help you, you can PM with questions. I will need to know the exact units you are purchasing and the AMP draw if you have it. Most units I know but If you have it, it would be much easier. Do you have a location already? If so, the electrical company should be able to tell you if you have single phase or III phase to the building. Once you find this out, let me know and I can help you. Have a great day. Jeff

I am opening my first salon and will need to get funding from a bank. I must have a business plan to present to them. Does anyone know of a good and easy format?

1. We have a 11 bed salon and we have a 400 amp service

2. Business plan....Business Plan Pro it even has a tanning plan in it to get you started.

Don't sign the lease till you get funded from the bank. It may be easier to find space, go to a manufactuer or distributer and get funded for equipment. This has been a much quicker and easier route in the past for me, if you still want the business plan, call Brooke at Simply Sun (817) 222 - 9300 sorry I dont know the 800#

i believe that 400 amp 3 phase would be plenty.
i was able to run 19 beds with only 400 amp but it really got warm in the rooms when the temp outside got hot so this year i added another 200 amps and more a/c and everything is fine.

our quote for 10 beds with a new buildout would have been $13,000+change in a 1,700 sq. ft. space. Hope this helps!

if you already have 400 amps of 3 phase the
hard part is over. run conduit in drop space and down
wall surface(easy way)(no permit)for about $3k with plugs
Try not to hard wire use plugs to and from booster
incase you have one crap out.and know your bed amp specs.
some of these bad boys need up to 100 amps to run(high pres)
have electrician run T max wires to while hes there

Portable or modular walls are the ****nit.
no permits,no mess,build store in a day about $9k for 10 rooms.
alls you need is floor and decor,pre built counter.
GOOD LUCK..

This is a new build out in a new mall, you do need a permit.
