Does anyone know how to reset the hours on a Tmax Manager pro when relamping? We have always just wrote the hours down and kept track of them that way but, it seems you would be able to start from scratch when you relamp.
Any sug? thank you

Under Settings, select Equipment, Equipment Status, (if first time double click on the 1. and change it to bulbs) change the date and the part life (to 700 for example) double click on hours used and it will prompt "reset hours to zero?" answer yes if new bulbs or no if you are moving the equipment address and enter the existing hours. Also keep track of initial hours in general info tab and bed hours at bulb change in repair detail.

I assume this is the procedure used if you start your timers with your computer?

Correct, with Helious, not thinking that we all could be set up differently.

I use Helios also, but find it more convienient to set the timers manually.

When the bulb hours are set in Helios, Helios will suggest the bed, if multiple beds in a level, to tan a client in so the hours are used evenly, all beds will require lamp change at the same time. How do you track bulb hours with T-Max?

I have never actually done it, I write it down, but there are a series of codes you can input into the manager to get lamps hours.

Why not use the tools you already have to make life simpler ???

Helios is designed to run the T-Max Manager automatically, with no additional input. It will not let employees stop a bed with 2 minutes left on the session, and give away the tan for free.

It will track dirty beds, and show them available as soon as bed cleaner has completed their task.

Maybe I'm just confused but this is the 21st Century already, let the darned computers do all the simple stuff.

For all pratical purposes, you could stash the Manager under the desk, never to be seen from again.

In over 5 years, we've only had to manually send time one set of times, a month long process, and that was when we were running SunTouch and ST+. Couldn't get off that program fast enough.

I didn't wait for the .pdf file to load, but here is the link to the online manual, maybe it has the info you need:

Adnet program should allow you to reset lamp hours on room timers. I'm not sure which parameter it is, though the manual will describe everything.
