I'll give you the same offer I give all of my customers. You fly here and I'll put you up in the local Radisson and make sure you eat.

If you are so sure about your product, back it up. We at least have the warranty and honesty to back up what we say. Your product does the same hype as all the others. 1 year warranty, but you can buy more. Bull!!!!!

If I was the salesman getting a commission, I could accept that. However, I am the USA distributor as well as a partner. Don't get the commission.

I'm willing to back up my statements. I'm still waiting for your beloved Mystic to back up their product. If it so good, why only a short tern warranty? Why not prove to the rest of the world that they are better than the others? It is because they cannot. They push the same BS as most of the others. If they cannot act like the best, then they need to kep putting money in their advertising, because that is all they do and you just follow the pipper.

I know that they give you a standard 1 year warranty and allow you to purchase a extended 3 year warranty.

We, on the other hand, as I have previously stated, give a 3 year as standard.

Oh, excuse the spelling. That should have been piper. You know the pied piper?

Dosen't Hyundai have one of the best warranties in the car industry? I still wouldn't trade my BMW for one.

OK, lets please stop the "best" argument. Back on topic, I responded to your other thread in SunLess. I think SunSally did you the best pro/con thought process you can follow and advice for someone unfamiliar with a booth.

If it's too good to be true, as RamCat alluded, it's probably not something you want to purchase. New units really aren't that much more than used, and when it comes to something with nozzles and a relatively new technology (compared to beds), I would stick with a brand name, as Miss has mentioned. Mystic is good, I'm willing to accept that Celebrity's is good, and I like my MiracleMist. There are some things I think they could do better, and after talking to the distributor, they're going to make some of the changes I mentioned to them. Miracle approved the design, and they'll retrofit for free. To me, this is outstanding support behind your product. As a manufacturer, and a manager of their Warranty Repair division, I can appreciate the time, effort and goodwill provided by giving a free retrofit for things that aren't problems which really affect performance.

So there you have it... Research, look, shop around, take Celebrity up on his offer, go to a show (if you have time), and then make an informed decision.

If you only have the M3, you might think of it.

But honestly, the BMW has the best warranty. I have the 2004 535i and it carries the 4 year service warranty that even covers the windshield wiper (just had that changed for nothing). So, unless you have something constructive to add, just call your Mystic disty and have him call me. We'll talk disty to disty regarding the advantages and benefits of owning each others booth.

ramcat I can appreciate your opinion but I would never buy from a company who repeatedly gets into peeing matches everytime someone mentions a competing company that they have no vested interest in! Spam should not be tolerated here! I would love to here about the Celebrity booth from someone who owns one but does not own or rep for the company.
