Depending on the demographics these salons should be doing in excess of $300,000 each. These salons are obviously failing. If you purchase them and don't identify the problems and correct them, they will continue to fail. Know what needs to be corrected and the cost of doing so before you can establish purchase value.

That is the key...can you turn around the exsisting locations? Steve is correct, it seems they are pricing on what the "salons could do" not on actuals...it is hard to buy an exsisting salon it seems current salon owners always over price their salon. If they are offering a special financing deal....and you need it to get in a salon.....then it changes the picture, you still obviously need to make money! It depends on your situation, I believe it is better to start your own....but that is based on our picture...

numbers do seem a little fabricated but who knows.
I am sure anyone trying to sell a business will want it to look as good as possible.
