You will find a multitude of information in here. Most can be accessed with the "Search Button" in the upper right hand corner of the page.
1. Research a lot!
2. Research some more!
3. Write a business plan.
4. Check out the competition, see what they are doing and do yours different. Beds, Prices, etc.
5. Good Luck!

The fact is that there is very stiff competition in College Station, if you plan to succeed in that market you will have to spend some money. At least a 20 system salon and a lot of advertising. That is a very broad stroke, but if that is within your capabilities we can start talking about the specifics of success in that market.

yea..open a laundromat. College kids will be more in need of clean clothes than a tan.

Some of the most profitable salons are in college towns, they have two busy seasons.
