Ok..if you are planning on doing this near a military town...I say keep your money right now. This business is a seasonal business and with all the deployments right now, you would better yourself by buying an existing salon. This way they already established customers and your are not starting with limited funds. You could purchase a salon and not have to worry with all the financing of the newnest.
If it were me I would look around for other interest in business. YOu say you have a background in mortgages. HELLO...sounds like a good business to start up. Do what you know and are comfortable with, Home buying is year round, not seasonal. |
