I have 15 mins bed and I give all clients in the winter a 4 delay time to get undressed, put lotion before bed starts up regardless of how many minutes they go in for. In the spring/summer 3mins. Most clients get out within 3mins..after tanning. Of course you have those that are just really slow no matter what.

That depends on how busy you are. We give the client a 3 minute delay regardless of the tan time. We make a few exceptions, some need 4-5 minutes. Three minutes seems to work great for the majority of our clints. Some start the unit before the three minute delay is up.

We give our clients a 5 min delay. It makes them feel like they are not in a hury, even though they can get undressed and lotion up within the 3 minutes. Some of our clients take the whole 5 mins, so it all depends on the person. That is why we do 5 min delays, to keep the clients happy i guess

We have a 5 min delay - older folks and lotion slatherers (whom we love) need the extra time. Some people want even longer but I tell them I'd have to re-program everything so no. One guy never came back because I wouldn't give him longer - I'd like to know what the frig he was doing that required longer than 5 minutes. I can generally go to the bathroom, chat for a bit in the hallway, undress and lotion up and still have to press the darn button.
