That rent is not bad at all. Are you leasing your beds? That will save on startup cash. Just seems like with everything you've already done, you may as well go forward. Again I will say, forget that huge buildout price.

T & R is real close to you and the basic rooms are only $800 to $1000. You could save some money by picking them up at the plant I would think. www.trfixtures.com ask for Chris
