Yep, it scares me but neon is right - no under the table !!!! Even if it was not illegal your still cheating yourself when it comes to taxs

Under the table crap hurts every single person. WOW, you save 7.65% in employer paid in SSI/Medicare but you lose the entire tax bracket % on the expenses. YOU LOSE, the government loses, your community loses and the only person who makes out is the under the table employee because he/she probably claims unemployment or poor people benefits that are paid using employee paid in taxes.

Dont cheat and you never have to worry about the IRS.

Agreed...hate to sound harsh, but the previous owner here did that...I wouldn't touch that situation with that proverbial ten foot pole...
