I didn't take Engfant's comments as simply pointing out my so-called mistakes. One shouldn't critize unless they know the facts for the critizism. To start with, the location is the best and I bought the building. It had no A/C and the heating system was shot. This was an upgrade needed for the building, not only for a salon. A lot of my costs are associated with making the property a better investment. I completely removed the ceilings and have a open steel-bar joist design. I have 11 feet to the roof boards and the 4 Vhr units are vented to the outside. I live in a climate that is cold during the tanning season and the HVAC has an economizer on it. I was intending to put in 20 ton of air but the engineer said that would be over-kill and if I ever wanted to add something other then tanning to the property it would be too cold. I hope this clarifys some things. Also, the large Vhr bed has it's own A/C. I didn't mean to be so short, but with trying to get the salon open, I'm tried a little.
