UPDATE: just found out another tidbit of info- the owner claims they don't have an insurance policy because then that will just be an invitation for someone to sue them. Is this true? how crazy is it to not carry insurance??? How many of you have insurance and have you guys heard of this?

I am just curious where you going to give her cash or try and get a loan from a bank with numbers you can't prove....they love it when they here "its under the table wink wink" it usually makes bankers warm and fuzzy all over....
