Your question pertaining too the size of my tanning rooms,they are 10'x6'and the lobby will be 10'x14'.
I also thought this area was a bit small, just needed some other opinions .

Your tanning rooms to range from 7 x 9 to 10 x 10 some HP's need even a little more.

I agree, 6 ft. wide will not be enough if & when it comes time to add newer larger equipment. Mine are wide enough, but I should have allowed for and extra foot at least in length. Hind sight......

Compromise.....add 1 more standup, like a Diva Tower. Needs a 7x7 space.
You can do alot with a little room, just make your small lobby area fabulous!
Use Shelving, tiered lotion displays, things hanging from walls (we have some mesh bags with lotion samples in them that hang and display this way). Just be creative.

What a tanner sees and hears when they enter your salon is the package; the equipment represents the lotion that must deliver the promise made by the packaging. The sale is made in the lobby, not the tanning rooms.
