I used Ergo's break- even, I'm doing better than what the spreadsheet said. I'm 25 and wished I opened when I was 18, instead of college. If you're worried about getting money, get a lease, the money is fairly easy to get assuming you have descent credit.

I'll be using the same bank my dad has been using for many, many years, and he will be cosigning. Besides owning a glass company, he is also a contractor, so many large loans have been taken out to build $200,000+ houses....plus Im saving a ton on remodeling!

I have two leases with banks one is Sky Bank and National City both for start up leases, we have been in business less than a year.
Pipeline, I think you are getting a reaction from some of the veteran salon owners is you seem to always ask a question when you already "know the answer". It would probably would go better if you would ask a question when you truly wanted someone's opionion. The first rule in sales you will learn over the years is you must listen first. |

You maybe right right on target with that comment DWhite6872,
it's seems to be more bragging so far, than enquiring. Congratulations though pipeline, you were born into the right family. |

Sure sounds like somebody needs a nap!! All in fun Pipeline,I'm sure.
It's not your fault you have money. I don't, but am still going to open an upscale salon (mostly on equity, partly on leasing equipment, and a little on personal savings) with, if everything goes as planned, all Sontegra beds. Good luck, and keep your standards high. |
