IN THE INSTANCE I WITNESSED THE CITY INSPECTOR GOT INVLOVED THEN THE COUNTY CAME DOWN. THEY NEVER SAW EURO WALLS. I DO NOT LIKE THEM. THEY GET LOOSE AFTER TIME HAVE TO BE TIGHTENED. ALSO IF NOT INSTALLED EXACTLY RIGHT THEY CAN HAVE SMALL CRACKS IN THEM. IN THIS CASE I WOULD CALL THEM PEEP HOLES.

Most towns or cities are going to want a layout, due to fires. The fire dept. needs to know the added walls and they need to see or help will fire exits. ITs not probably anything against you. I went through this and couldnt understand it all. You dont have to have the plans done professionally, if you can take measurements and draw straight lines you can do this yourself and have it put on plan paper at a staples, office depot or any office supply store. My husband did mine and that is what we did.
Dry wall is cheaper, but the tan walls really make a salon look really upscale. |
