General idea of the cost on a 200k start up ?

Payment? Buildout? I just did one and our lease payment is 3,800

I only have two beds.... but during my busy season we are so booked I have to turn customers away. I am wondering if there are places that I could lease stand-up beds for "short term". It is not financially feasable for me to lease them long term.

Yes, you can. You might just want to get a line of credit from your bank.
