As long as Dorsey keeps spewing the septic mist the posts will continue FOREVER. Once again, insulting his F'n customers. What an ***. Jailround, you will never get the 100% support (although Dorsey's endorsement is like negative support) but your post at the top is good and clear. Figure out a way to get other than ETS (atleast something you can actually charge retail) in those things and you may do a little better.

Wow. My concern with this machine is this. Our society is so based upon machines and computers doing all of our actions for you. You cannot even go to some banks now without them charging you to speak to a teller and they charge you for calling the bank for inquiries. Everywhere you look, you have a machine doing it for you. Look at Home Depot, Walmarts, and some grocery stores where they have do it yourself check out. You pay high prices yet you have to bag and ring up your item yourself. My gosh, everyone is so worried about saving a buck they would rather depreciate the value of a live, breathing human being being able to asist you. Doctors are now able to perscribe medications over the phone without ever seeing the patient. Everyone is looking for a way to cut costs, but at what cost are you really paying by giving up the personal touch? Everyone likes the cheers scenario where everyone knows your name, now we have salons where people just go in and scan this little card and they chose their times, and with what guidance they can tan. We have excercise facilities where there is no personal trainers but again you scan your little card and wallah the doors open to you. What is going to be next. I am sorry but I have to agree with what the majority is saying. It takes the personal touch out of the salon or any business for that matter. What then would allow you to differentiate your salon from that of your competitors? Anyone can have a clean salon, great equipment, but not everyone can offer outstanding customer service?

Customer service is your first #1 concern it will make or break you. Tanning customers are very different from other retail areas. A tanner,or I should say the steady tanners are looking for a good tan,a solid relationship with the employee's,someone to talk to when they come in. A chance to relax and forget the rest of the world for 30min.

Let me answer that one while I wait for your answer on the gel problem you seem to fail to provide info for.
Yeah you know how easy it is just to THROW IN sunless. Yeah Tanu, what IS your problem anyway? Those Booths are a GOLD MINE (see the thread on MIRCALE MIST that just got bumped). If you don't want to go that route, just spend $300, get 30gallons of solution and the most basic sprayer and your done, RIGHT? You don't need training, additional help, a room that is set up to handle the filtering and exhausting of overspray, marketing, clue... Whatever happened to writing up a BUSINESS PLAN and BUDGETING? Just SPEND SPEND SPEND is all you hear. |

Engfant, You don't even own a salon. No business licences. No website. Not even a zip code on your profile. Just 2 canned pictures of a bed in some warehouse. Maybe you just work for the owner of your so called 6 bed salon. You can't even get anyone to sell to you if in fact you really own a tanning salon expect that telemarketing nightmare called Breeze. They are so desperate just like you they even call my corporate office trying to sell products. So just where is your successful tanning salon located I'm sure we would all love to know. My compays are in Florida, Indiana and Minnesota and I have web sites that you will not allow me to post here. But at least I am not hiding. tanu01 is in Wooster, Oh. Come on engfant hook us with location pics and some real info. I'd love to see your web site.
