After reading the thread on lawsuite's,Maby some of that have been around awile should list some things that would cause us to loose a lawsuite.
TO start off:
Under age operator.
Non-compatble lamps where regs are in place.

Timers not calibrated correctly. Anything else would really be an accident. Having the floor cave in may not be anyone's fault but would stir a law suit.
