Moving into a completed location

m looking for some opinions on moving into a completed location when the previous salon moved just 1 mile away.

What does the comp. have for equipment and what is their price range. If they are trying to be an "upscale" place with sessions going for $20+ then you gutta hit the area with a "less expensive" tanning option.
