I know exactly where this salon is...I would say PASS!!!!..keep looking. It is a block or two from the High School, right?? Look at the population of the school. That is a clue!!
It hasn't been losing money for any other reason.

A 7yr old bed in todays market is way to old. They'll have to be replaced, if you want to compete.
