I am creating a P&L for years 1-3 for the salon we are looking to open as part of my business plan.
My question is what percentage of your user database is on an EFT program? What percentage should you be satisfied with when signing up new tanners? I realize that you would probably want them all on EFT, but what is a realistic percentage\Goal? |

After you establish your projected client draw based on your demographics and you have established your entire marketing program not just the EFT's you can project your third year income potential with your second year being 75% of that total and your first year being 50% to 60% of that total. See my web site.
