I paid for the Crossfire II approx 19 days ago and the bed is ready to be delivered. The problem is that I believe they should set up the bed. They dont think they should. I found the bed elsewhere for 600.00 cheaper (without talking them down a little). They said they "referred" me to a company for set up, bought did not say I was to pay this. If I am going to pay for set up I would rather get it 600.00 cheaper and that could go toward the set up. No contracts signed and I havent even received the bed yet. Set up or demand money back and buy it elsewhere? or take the bullcrap and hire someone to install? How much approx would I be looking at to install? I can get my money back right since the beds not in my possesion? Hubby is an attorney, legal fee would be cheap, just thought I would get your opinion first? Thanks in advance!!!

How did you pay, cash, credit card??..and if 'hubby is attorney', why ask here?
Installing any standup is a 'snap', literally snaps together. A qualified electrician needs to hook up to power. If you are in a major city, call any salon distributor. They could probably recommend a local bed tech to do it cheap. Here near me, they charge $45 an hour. Major city of 4million people. _________________ [ This Message was edited by: studio 102 on 2004-04-08 05:05 ] |

I ask here to inquire if anyone else has had this issue with a manufacturer before. I paid by check. I live in a smaller town and could get someone in to do it. Electrician is ready, just waiting for the company to give an answer. My other beds were installed by the company. Anyone else with ideas?

I have several Mega Sun beds. They tan great. Our customers love them. But, they do tend to not call back. Generally I have been very satisfied with Mega sun and I intend to buy more of their beds for my new salon. I suggest making a contact at Mega Sun and sticking with the person.
