i am debating between two locations....i have the demographs of each and i know there is an equation used to decipher optimal location. i've heard a few different ones but i was hoping any on here would have the accurate equation.

Can someone give me information on tanning peak seasons etc... I'd like to factor this into my breakeven analysis before I start. What months are high vs. low etc? what types of marketing ideas do you guys do to support your low seasonality?
