How do you estimate revenues?

I am considering opening a 6 or 8 unit salon, and trying to figure out a resonable way to estimate revenues...Any advise? How many 10,20,unlimited packages do you think you can sell in a week with a salon this size? Just looking for some estimates, any feedback would help. Thanks, L

Estimate all you want. Spend 1000's on figuring out a budget. It will never jive! I did a big fancy-assed business plan before I opened and nothing fell into place. It's all a russ to make the bankers feel good................

Depends on location, demographics,equipment,abilities of sales staff and about 1000 other variables as well...

Budgets and all that fancy stuff never jive. Look at our federal governments. Do your business plan to swoon your banker and then after that......... do what you have to do to stay in business.........

Neon is correct, but then again, I never had to swoon to a banker...

A little research never hurt anyone but don't give too much credence to estimated numbers as variables can and do exist, BIG time...
