Your posts were deleted by me. I do not think that refering to people as "twats" is an appropriate way to communicate. If you have a problem with that, I don't care. You are a worthless tramp who has peeed me off for the last time. From this moment on, any posts that you make which have any form of insults or sexual inuendo will be deleted.

So, it appears you have a choice to make. You can either learn a thing or two about respect and treating people with kindness, or you can have your posts deleted. Either way, I don't give a darn about what you think you know or don't know.

We don't give away free tans either. Instead we tell them that after they like the tanning experience at our salon and decide to become a member, we will credit the first visit towards their membership. This isn't perfect but it stops the free loaders and offers the legitimate "tester" some idea of the level of confidence we have in our salon.

I offer a 1/2 price tan to a first timer. If they won't pay half price they aren't worth it.

We have four levels of beds in our new salon. For our grand opening, we gave out a free week of tanning (7 consecutive days) to try all of our beds. Our thinking was if they try the base beds, then try the big beds, they'll never want to go back down; thus, they buy the bigger package. By giving one free tan, they don't get to "try before they buy". Kind of like buying a car without test driving it first. So was this a bad idea?

Every person who enters your salon is going to generate some form of word of mouth advertising. We have a first tan for a dollar and we do get a lot of hoppers, but at least they have made it through the door and if they liked the experience they are going to let at least one person know.
