There is a Radison, a Red Roof Inn and a Fiddler's Inn very close. I'm sure there are other but can't think of them right now. I will be flying in and staying at Opryland.

Better hurry to reserve the cheapies. I am at the Red Roof. I know Fiddlers is already full. There is also a Comfort Inn right there. I have mine booked for a couple of months. These always fill fast. You will have a $7 daily parking charge at Opryland but even that is minimal when you figure how much the rooms are at Opryland. These motels are close enough that I can go back mid-day if I want but we never have. Your days will be pretty full if you take advantage of all the available activities.

you can do a search online, for nashville and it will list all the hotel/motels near opryland. Opryland is very expensive, especially if you are starting out.

I am so excited, I have heard about this for a long time, I could not go last year. But it looks like I am going to make it this year. Other than the trade show, what other activities are there?? Besides the conferences, do they ususally have some parties and stuff? I am planning to go to the concert at the end.

There is networking 24/7.....if you can't find tanning people to talk to at any given time you are NOT in Nashville. There are tons of parties, galas amd get togethers. They are the best place to do some learning and have fun.......hearing others first hand experiences.

You can wear almost anything.......you need to bring almost nothing.

People on the showfloor and in the seminars wear everything from shorts and Tees, jeans and blouses, skirts to business suits....anything goes.

The parties and gatherings are about the same. Depending on whether you are planning on grabbing a sandwich at Rusty's or Rachels (both very casual) or a fine dinner at one of the better restraunts kinda depends on what you need to bring. Other than yourself.....you might want to bring a pad of paper and a pen and plenty of business cards......I can't think of a single other thing you would need.

Remind me of those dates again, last year was my first at Nashville, and I can not say enough great things about the experience, I have got to get my butt in gear to make my arrangements, hopefully there is still some room at the Opryland...I so wanted to stay there last year but unfortunately waited till the last minute and there was no romms available...Hey T...will you be working the TW booth again? It will be great to see you again!!!
