Purchase an existing salon

I am in the process of purchasing an exisiting salon. This salon has done quite well in my area and has little competition. But the competition that it does have includes a hair salon that has an air brush tanning service.

I would like to add this to my salon. Has anyone done this recently? If so what are the results?

THE AIR BRUSHING HAS WORKED GREAT IN OUR AREA WE DONT DO HAIR.WE HAVE ANOTHER PLACE NEAR US THAT HAS JUST STARTED DOING THE AIR BRUSH TANNING BUT WE ARE ALWAYS STAYING ONE STEP AHEAD OF THEM WE ARE NO INSTALLING THE NEW BRONZ MIST SPRAY BOOTH AND CUSTOMERS ARE EXTREMELY EXICTED.IT DOESNT TAKE AS LONG TO BE SPRAYED SO THEY CAN DO IT SAY LIKE ON THERE LUNCH BREAK.THE AIR BRUSH WORKS REAL WELL BUT IT JUST TAKES TIME.NOTE BE SURE TO LOOK INTO DIFFERENT SOLUTIONS JUST BECAUSE ONE DONT WORK DONT MEAN THEY ALL DONT( WE USE STYLZ IF WONDERING ).

What does the salon offer now, besides tanning, is there any retail items or area for such things.

The salon currently sells lotions, some ankle bracelets, drinks, tee shirts and tanks.
