legal to leave flyers?

Ok, this is a random question...is it legal to leave flyers on cars or on colleges?

Cabo - Parking lots for shopping centers and for private schools are most likely private property. You might want to get permission from a property manager. Otherwise you'll find yourself not only leaving the flyers on cars but removing them as well. Don't know about public property. Check with the local police department.

I am 100% sure that you have to get a Permit from your Township.

I have checked with several Townhalls in surrounding towns and unless you hand a flyer to a person directly or use a door hanger (not in mailbox) must be hung on door. All else is illegal. At least that is here in NY.
