Go to Nashville

I know some of the newbies are not new to tanning but to TanTalk. Of you who are new to tanning, Are you going to Nashville?
We went to our first show during the first month that we opened. It really opened our eyes to how much we had to learn and what a huge industry this is. The classes are great. You can always learn something new as long as you are teachable. Even if you only go to the show floor you will learn alot by seeing the vastness of the business.
My advice would be GO! if at all possible even if only for a day. Hold onto your wallet until you know what you want because everyone will have a GREAT deal for you. I have made some good choices and some not so good. It is easy to get caught up in the spirit of the moment.
Also, talk to other salon owners. We can all learn from each other since we are not in competition.

A show like Nashville is a great learning opportunity as well as alot of fun.

I agree Pam....this is going to be my first trade show and I am so excited...I am really looking forward to of course meeting all of the TanTalk crew, but also learning everything I can about tanning lotions, beds, other salon owners, etc...I will be taking in a lot of information and cannot wait to bring it back to my salon and use it!!
Like Pam said "GO"...it will be completely worth it!
