Hi! I'm very new to the business and am having trouble figuring out the proper way to tan. Where can I go to find out exposure time, how often you should tan, how long to wait if you burn, etc.? I have found a lot researching on the net but nothing really solid. Thanks in advance!!

The NAATSO website has a wonderful skin typing questionairre. www.naatso.org After finding out your skin type, use the chart on your particular equipment to determine a starting point. Such as Skin Type II on my equipment starts at 8 mins. Then, what I tell people is to move up in 2 min increments as long as they see no pink or red. We recommend tanning every other day to our tanners. I hope this helps.

I am an owner and it is my goal in life to keep the world full of beautiful, bright tattoos!!! Of course I cover them!!! My beds do have the exposure time but I'm wondering how often and how much, but I think I have caught on.
