Bobby,Which "customer" here is a moderator? Please clarify. I am the only non-salon moderator here. My salon opens this fall. So I do believe I speak for the majority here who would like to know specifically who you are referring to.And as a side note, if I had a well informed "client" who was contributing to the quality of this board, I would not be offended if they were a moderator. It is helpful to hear all points of view, after all... we're in a service based business and it is the "client" that we're servicing. Or am I mistaken and it's not about providing what the "client" wants?------------------Laurie
