Rep Power: 17 | Versa pro solution changed? Clogging our nozzles Hi alll We have two Versa pros that have been historically good booths with issues only arising every couple of months. In the last 4 months we have had nothing but complaints, it’s been down completely for at least 3 weeks of the last four months, we’ve been refunded up the ***, clients are going elsewhere.. it’s been awful. Our biggest problem seems to be the solution clogging the nozzles. Clogs it so much, that the machine doesn’t work after about 2 weeks of it being cleaned. We’ve replaced heater turbines, pumps, height sensors, slide motors, brakes.... you name it. Starting to really regret these two purchases. Sunless sent out a tech a year and a half ago to completely rebuild our first machine bc they admitted to what a lemon we had. We appreciated that, and stupidly bought another one. Is anyone else having issue with their solution ? Or pro booth? I really hope this is a solution issue. Has anyone found a work around for another solution in the pro booth? If you don’t want to post about it here, PM me. I’m over this booth! |

Clogging our nozzles Our VersaPRO systems do need much more maintenance than, for instance, our UV equipment, but I would expect that to be the case, given that the solution is going to gunk up the mechanical parts. We need to have a tech come out about once every 500 sessions, which I think is pretty average for a sunless system. |

Rep Power: 17 | Re: Versa pro solution changed? Clogging our nozzles we are having one of our pro booths down, every SINGLE week. I am ready to dump these pieces of garbage and go with something new. Sunless INC has been 100% unhelpful. Please tell me we are not the only ones dealing with this issue. |

Rep Power: 21 | Re: Versa pro solution changed? Clogging our nozzles Just about every salon within 4 miles of us that had a spray booth is out of business. We always stuck with a high end custom hand spray where the equipment never breaks down. Guess I will hold off on a spray booth if this is what I might encounter. |
