New Versa Spa solution....anyone having a problem?

Are any of you that have the versa spa in your salon now having a problem with the new solution . They recently made a change in the solution and it's horrible. I've had many customers say the solution washed right off or comes off in 3 days. I don't know what the heck is going on, called them twice so far and no call back and no answers. I'm getting ******!

On another note, do any of you have a versa spa and use a different solution for it? I've been looking around for different solutions in case they don't fix the problem but I'm a little nervous about that. I'd like any suggestions if you have any please! and thank you! :)

Re: New Versa Spa solution....anyone having a problem?

SAME PROBLEM HERE! I'm glad to know it's not just me. I have been complaining for the last 5 weeks about it to my tech. He told me my maching just wasn't calibrated right, so we re-calibrated it last week. I'm still having the same problem. I personally use it and I'm really dark the first day before my first shower but then when I shower it all comes off. I have a very light shade left. I'm very dissapointed. I have had 3 different clients this week tell me all their color is washing off. If anyone has any other thoughts or a way to get this fixed please tell us!

I could not agree more! I usually use clear and there is a huge change! I guess I am just so surprised - because everyone raved about the results from previous solution . Why go mess up a good thing?

Yes, yes, yes! I have been doing a lot of refunds . It was perfect a year ago. It almost smells just like the old Mystic tan solution ? I am making a phone this morning.

Quite a few of my cusotmers have switched to bronze now as the clear makes their skin look dirty after day two. I used to love clear myself but the solution just is not the same...actually lost two customers that went back to maual spraying from another salon.

www.SavvySunless.com

I use Savvy Sunless in my Magic Tan booth and quite a few use it in their VersaSpa.

Call David Buell at Savvy Sunless and he'll take care of you.

My Versa used to be poppin all day long....now, its dropped. The odor thing is clearly more visible- and that was the huge plus for Versa.....I have both Mystic and Versa, and have actually gone back to using Mystic....They need to do a recall of all the solution out there and drop ship new...eeeer...old version to everyone.
