Hi Earthangels!
Welcome to spray tanning ! I took over a salon that had 3 beds and a spray room. The beds were all sold and we now do only sprays. I have tried lots of products. I found Jamaicametan to be the best! Nice color and great even coverage. Great on all skin tones too. Holds color for about 7-10 days with average use of moisturizer . Most people won't moisturize like they should. I also sell the extended tan lotion to bump up color for a longer time between tans. My spray room is an old laundry room so it's about 8x8. We lined the walls with black plexieglass and tile on the floor. I spray the room with the sink hose and it cleans very nicely.
All the best to you and happy tanning!!

Earthangels
Jamaica Me Tan offers a great start up package too. I use a tent but only for travel. I have a supply cabinet in my tan room and a little table on coasters so I can roll my machine around. I use the extraction fan as well. I keep all the extras on hand but most people use tape for feet and hair covers.
Whatever you decide to do will probably be great. Most of the products are really good. I also like the speed tan for those who really want to shower early.
Hope this helps!

I need to ask about the "tape" for feet? What kind of tape?

Please explain further.

I think the black plexi sounds like a great idea! How did you attach it to the walls and have you had to replace or had any issues so far?

I'd love to see a photo of your set-up as I have been considering adding a in-home tan studio to reduce all the driving and have some clients come to me.
