Rep Power: 17 | Norvell auto vs Versa Looking for a new spray booth. We have a versa at 1 salon, we do like it but it breaks a lot. Tried the Mystic HD before, personally didn't love it but its an option. Wondering about the Norvell Auto booth. I love Norvells solutions so this temps me, but I have never tried one. Anyone use one before? And pros an cons vs versa and mystic? Thanks! |

Rep Power: 19 | Re: Norvell auto vs Versa Hey Tamara, We've had our Auto Revolution 4 Plus model since October of 2013. We had one issue regarding the stepper motor on the arm that we couldn't fix. Cale was great to deal with and sent us a whole new spray arm and we haven't had an issue since. My version is the 7 or 8 pass booth. They have since upgraded the pumps to push more volume and have added a wider nozzle on it which cuts the passes down to only 4 from the original 7 or 8. If you are purchasing new - they all come in the newer version. If it's used, I would suggest you check because the 4 pass is apparently an improvement. The only disappointing thing I have heard is that Norvell is actually now allowing Original Versa owners to now compete with this booth by designing a Norvell Venetian jug that fits in to the Versa booth. I have Versa Spas all around me and that is a BIG reason I chose to go with the Norvell Auto Revolution. It's concerning because I feel that they could possibly be moving away from the booth manufacturing business and just stick to selling juice. That's just a guess from my experience in this industry though. I will without a doubt lose some business over this because I have had clients drive from quite a far distance to use this booth and especially the solution . If you PM me I can give you my contact information and you can ask away. I will reply tomorrow with the differences I experienced between my Mystic HD and Auto rev. I don't have any more time now. |

Rep Power: 0 | Re: Norvell auto vs Versa I've had my Auto Revolution since July of 2012, In that time I've had a total of 2 issues, first the solenoid valve that controls when the spray starts plugged up after about a year of having it, and then about 3 months ago my control panel went bad. Both of these items as soon as I called Norvell they shipped new parts out no questions asked. As far as the color and how well it works, We have had a number of people switch from their "normal" salon which has both a versa and mysticHD to ours becuase they feel that the spray tan is that much better. |
